When you see me... I may look extremely serious, but that doesn’t mean I’m upset. Im just a very focused professional who takes pride in what I do. Training with me is a journey and not a destination. Since I'm result driven I notice everything where it pertains to training a client. Im strict when it comes to you being disciplined, consistent and out of your comfort zone, because that’s where your results reside.
I cater specifically to the working class, those in need of mobility and rehabilitative work, bodybuilding athletes or those with such aspiration and the young at heart.

OMG, I came across Abbi, Abeni.. whilst searching for a Gym online..visited and met this very Slender, Polite and Soft Spoken young lady.
After our brief encounter, I started my stint @ the gym wit Abbi being my personal trainer. From month end Nov, /early Dec.
I started the routine, my experience is mind blowing, overwhelming, and most of all life changing, just to say a few... For instance, one had to change their whole eating habits, which I welcomed. Now it's my second habit..
Now Abbi on the whole, omg, wat can I say about this young lady, she have opened this whole new world to me, in the form of Weight training, Mind building, healthy eating..
Where the exercises/routines is concerned, there are times when I wanted to CUSS her..and that in lament terms..
